The a single room we stayed in was modern and huge for air con in chinese. Particularly good location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Some of the staff were inflexible.

Really close to the airport, plus a free courtesy bus offered. Room was clean, and quite large in size. English speaking staff on reception. Overall very good for the money.

Toyoko Inn is convenient for Narita Airport if you need an over night stop

The majority of users are in transit and only stay the night. There are a couple of local places to eat but the majority of the area is used for airport parking.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a short shuttle ride away from the airport. This made it easy for us to catch our flight without worrying about traffic. the hotel provided a washing machine and dryer, which was a great convenience for us as we were able to do our laundry during our stay. The free microwave oven at the lobby was also a nice touch, as it allowed us to quickly heat up snacks or leftovers.

We did notice a few downsides during our stay. The hotel lobby and rooms looked a little dated, and could benefit from some renovations.

Complimentary breackfast was excellent. I enjoyed the meal and I felt being at home. Staff were so freindly.

I wish the door of the bathroom could be opened while we take a long bath because the sign said if we leave the door open, the fire alarm would be rang.

The space of the room is fine

Some furnitures should be changed and also carpet ..You can easily see that it was a smoking room before when you look at the carpt and see the cigar burns on the carpet. The shower was horrible,the flow of water is very strong ,it was just like a cutter.It should be softened .
